We’ve missed seeing you…………….Face to face appointments are back!
The Trusted Law team have spent the last couple of weeks making changes to the office so that we can see clients at a safe distance, whilst having all the required guards and sanitisation products available.
I am so pleased to say we are now open again!
Natalie has arranged for a ‘sneeze guard’ / screen to be made for our meeting table ahead of client meetings.
During lockdown, we have been sitting appointments with our clients either via telephone or video calls so that we can limit our face to face contact. Whilst these options are still available, we are pleased to now offer face-to-face appointments again either at our Wymondham office or we will visit you at your own homes.
If you are visiting the office, we have decided to put some rules in place to help to keep everyone safe:
- We have a dedicated meeting area which includes a screen on the meeting table so that we can talk to each other safely.
- Face masks and gloves are provided for those who need them.
- We are only allowing the advisor and the client in the office during the appointments (everyone else will work from home).
- We have restricted the meetings to only 1 meeting per day.
- Full sanitising products are available to use.
- Cleaning of the meeting area will take place immediately after each meeting
If you need a home appointment, we will discuss the safety measures with each individual client so that we can ensure safety for everyone. These safety measures will include the use of face masks, gloves and regular hand sanitising throughout the appointment.
If you need our services and are worried, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that our clients and our team are kept safe during this outbreak. We are more than happy to provide face masks, gloves and sanitising products at our appointments.
Sadly, we will have to refrain from offering you a cup of tea at the office and politely decline your wonderful offers when we visit you at home – please do take offence, it’s only for the time being.
