We are looking for an office based Admin Assistant

We are looking for a new office based Admin Assistant with a keen interest in office administration to join our busy office team.

If you are a good communicator who has an interest in the legal profession and learning more about office administration, then this could be just the role for you.

What you will be doing:

Providing admin support to the Office Manager and Legal Advisors.  You will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating a bespoke database with client information
  • Scanning and saving documents
  • Preparing final documents to be sent to clients
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Preparing outgoing Post
  • Answering the telephone
  • Opening new files
  • Preparing files for storage
  • Manage and maintain the storage spreadsheet
  • Market research

Things that we think will make you successful in this role:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Time management and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Basic Computer skills

Experience/Skills required:

The ideal candidate will have experience with working in an office environment.

A willingness to learn is essential.

Location, Hours & Pay:

10 hours per week

Tuesdays and Thursdays or Fridays – 9.30am to 2.30pm

£9.80 per hour

This is an office based in our Wymondham office
